He may be the newest member of the Business Development team, but Jeff Peckham is no rookie: He brings more than 18 years of executive management experience with organizations that serve the life sciences industry. Specializing in market development, strategic planning, sales management, and general corporate governance, Peckham will play a vital role in furthering the growth of RSI’s industry-leading OnSite and Strategic Recruitment Optimization (SRO) programs. 

Peckham’s focus will be to ensure that the needs and expectations of RSI’s clients are being met and exceeded, and he will spearhead research opportunities to enhance and expand the company’s suite of services for the healthcare industry, according to RSI officials.

Prior to joining RSI, Peckham led the business development effort for Cybornetic Systems Inc., a provider of technology-centric solution sets for healthcare product companies. Previously, he served as National Account Manager for Stericycle Inc., directing a high-profile portfolio of life sciences company clients. He also held a succession of management positions with Universal Solutions International Inc., a leading provider of  information management programs for manufacturers, distributors, and retailers of healthcare and consumer products.

In addition to his executive responsibilities, Peckham acted as the Company’s spokesman and senior liaison to major healthcare industry trade organizations and played a leadership role in several association-sponsored best-practices initiatives.
